RBD Farmhouse

An upcoming farmhouse on the outskirts of Bangalore, Towards Devanahalli. The design direction was greatly influenced by the current site context with a palm tree in the centre with mixed vegetation on the periphery. The design intent is to keep it minimal and rustic in it's most basic form.

Use of minimal elements at the entrance to highlight the context of the space with the house blending in with the natural surroundings.

This open to sky courtyard centering around the palm tree, blending in with the surrounding landscape giving character and shape to this house.

An open air deck makes a happy addition to any home, outfitting it with a semi-open pergola can transform it into a regal retreat.

Full length glazed windows act as a striking feature in this open, spacious living.

We went for a rustic decor that is all about a no-fuss aesthetic showcasing the beauty of subdued hues, natural materials and comfortable furnishings.
