The design of this workspace responds to the client’s mandate for a space that is a clear departure from the industrial setting and for a space that fosters interaction and enables collaborative R&D. Located in a standalone building in an Industrial hub, this space for an avant-garde tech centre seamlessly imbibes their need for freedom and flexibility spatially as well as in the process of their work .

This semi-open outdoor lounge on the terrace floor is a natural route to rejuvenation, a place to pause.

Glazed windows on the terrace floor facade is used to let in maximum natural light and ventilation. Living by the one in, one out philosophy and prioritizing functionality and style.

Using the logo on the facade of this structure to give it identity and belongingness, with a simple structured entry into the space that holds the display units for various mechanical parts of the production.

Outdoor office spaces and a cafeteria not only supports employee wellbeing but also activates different parts of our brain, keeping the design style fresh and elegant enables this space to achieve the goal.

There has been deliberate thought into making the inside outside disappear. The furniture layout includes arrangements that provides a break from the formal workstation environment of the office.

The upper level which used to be an empty terrace has been transformed into a workspace that is green and open.
